North Kingstown

From farmland to waterfront, to shopping centers to highways, to historic property, North Kingstown has it all. With historic areas such as Wickford Village, NK offers the classic charm of a New England seaside community. With that being said, the town also offers some expansive land sites which are used for agriculture, or eventually find their way to being developed into desirable living communities. With the commute to Providence anywhere from 25-40 minutes, NK is on the fringe of the commuter line heading south, although the recent addition of the T-Station (Boston Commuter Rail), makes it easy to skip up to Boston for work or play.
